Notice Period
Many GSIs in India have changed their notice period section to reflect 3 months by employee 1 month by employer. Is this even legal ? Can you challenge this during your employment tenure ?
No body can force you to complete your notice period, just quit tomorrow if you want to ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Well it's not the question of leaving. It's the question of changing employment contracts midway. There is a difference between employment contract and company policy. If changing employment contracts is acceptable midway then it should be allowable to both the parties. I.e employees and employer.
