I’m looking for my next move and want to stay in B2B SaaS marketing. I have ~3.5 YOE working on different brand & demand gen campaigns which (across hypergrowth startups and MNCs).

I am a fresher in this industry. Any tips? Resources I can consume for adding more value?
More context: I handle the organic marketing efforts but want to move on to performance, lead gen etc, want to eventually upskill and move on to more domains, but yes, any tips would be really helpful.
