Saw the latest interview of Bhavish Aggarwal with Shraddha (Yourstory). He looks very good, passion driven and a real change maker. What do you folks think? Anyone who have worked directly or indirectly worked with him?
Bullshit .. He’s not doing anything to be in the “change maker” category
Ola has the same business model as Uber which itself is not very successful
Ola electric is not that revolutionary either and going forward the competition is only going to increase there were already companies like ather pioneering this market so not sure what change Ola is trying to bring
Interesting!! But I wasn’t asking about his business but he as a person and entrepreneur
As a entrepreneur also I don’t see that great execution

He made a lot of money. He can speak anything and these sites will publish it. Many big profitable business have been built without shouting at employees. This hustle culture that start-ups take pride into is a bad behaviour that they need to condemn.
Yes. Finally 👏
There was a opening for Head of Engineering once in Ola. The description was brash on the lines saying if you can't code, don't bother to apply.
I wonder who applies after reading such posts. It is a leadership position, who are not vying to get any job. I decided against applying for it.
Interestingly my team has some ex-ola who are actually smart, but they tell me Bhavish is particular about not rewarding the employees with ESOPs. Why would anyone stay there for salary? Is the pay so high?
R u aware how pr posts r done, its all paid opp. Shradhha also has offices to run. At one point she fidnt have money yo hire an IIM GUY who was ready even at 50k a month. Anyways bhavish gives lot of gaalis in meetings, thfows punjabi explitives at staff even wen he knows much cant be done. Plenty of ppl i know left coz of his random aggressive behavior. His scooter battery design was copied from a european model n thus had problems in indian setup which cant be fixed given the high temps. N he was blaming tech n procurement staff for it knowing well it was he who was at fault
Aggression me bhi wannabe elon musk.
How's Ritesh Agarwal in real life?
Has anyone worked directly with him? He seems to be extremely down to earth and a wonderful person atleast in his interviews and Shark Tank. Is he like this in professional life/real life? Any sneak peeks to his work routine/behaviour etc?
Science is dope - YouTube Channel
I watched his videos on Sadhguru and Beer biceps. Finally!! someone spoke about what's wrong with them.
