Wat will the roles and responsibilities of senior consultant in deloitte for 10+ yoe. Tech lead or team lead. I am confused wit this. No one is helping me with this
Scon is a lead role. It can be technical or functional based on your project and skill set. You will report to a manager. You might also get some Analysts & Consultants to work under you but first year it’s usually as individual contributor then from 2nd you get to manage team , manage coachees so that you get ready for the next role which is manager. Usually takes 3-6 yrs to bcm Sc to mgr based on your performance luck and networking capabilities.

If you are working from client location it entirely depends on their team structure. most clients won’t let contractors lead a team . Being a Dusi employee you are just an external contractor for them. So you will most probably be an individual contributor only. However you need to project your role as a lead to the Dusi management to be in good eyes
Other than your regular project work you have to contribute in other projects when required. Yess, it's tech lead role but then it depends on project size.
After a year you will be assigned consultants and below role resources whom you need to coach and provide their reviews to panel for snapshot feedback.
I am actually working in client location. Already in client side there is one tech lead. I am reporting to him and working on tasks assigned by him
and no one will.
