Started consulting a Massage Therapist because of Amazon

My back is completely messed up because of the long hours I have to work here.

I have started consulting a massage therapist for the intense upper back pain I have from slouching so much at work. This is proving to be extremely challenging on my physical health because I am unable to pursue fitness goals around gymming and running.

How do you guys manage it?

Get your vitamin D levels checked and then supplement vitamin D3+calcium as necessary. You'd be surprised to know how common such a deficiency is in an otherwise healthy individual.

B12 and D is fucked. Supplementing B12 with injections and D with 60000IU

It’s with everyone; massage won’t help much.

Steps which I took;

  1. Buy 2 different back ortho cushions & keep them in alternating days.
  2. Get a heating belt & use in one a week & muscle will continue to work fine .

You can do Yoga & other cobra exercises but the moment you step the pain will bounce back & you need to do everything again from Zero.

I started exercising and lifting weights, back pain disappeared. You should have at least 1 hour in the day for gym and exercise buddy, what's the point of working so hard if you mess your health.

Unfortunate truth... The money earned in high salary will be given to hospitals and treatment.
