Swiggy delivery unreliable

Is Swiggy in trouble? Every time I try to order they are either delayed or don't have any delivery partners. There seems to be some ops issue. Doesn't seem to be as reliable as it used to be 2 months back.

I used to like swiggy in past but not now. Quality issue and also too much extra charges. Sometimes zomato comes cheap even if it has 200rs min order value

Same here, it was big mistake, its too costly now as per the extra charges they are adding to the order

Same is the case for the internal employees as well. Most of the folks are looking out for new opportunities and some have already left. Nothing going right for Swiggy currently. In a bid to have a successful IPO, Swiggy might do some irreversible damage to itself.

Swiggy not able to predict ETA - claim 40 minutes, delivery in 90 minutes. Wrong order delivered. Support staff bad. Time to move to zomato?

I think so. Forget predicting time, their support is now purely bots and no people during peak time

Yeah even I have started facing issues with Swiggy recently. Deliveries have been delayed many times. Instamart order was exchanged with someone else(although they gave me a full refund and asked to keep with me whatever I had received), but yeah it has been a little unreliable lately. However, even Zomato had some issues with delivery, but I always got some cashback for order being delivered late.

I just received half an order on instamart. I think there's a real problem at their dark stores. The culture is changing and i guess they're unhappy

Despite being a one customer I have faced so many issues this week on swiggy! So frustrating..

  1. delayed delivery,
  2. spoilt food,
  3. expired items (instamart)

so frustrating to use this app?
