How is swiggy hdfc bank card
It says 5% cashback on online spends. Is it real? Any hidden t&c? Has anyone used it? How smooth is the process to get it in Bangalore?

Swiggy x HDFC credit card sucks
They had promised cash backs on multiple online and offline channels but they aren't getting credited in the statement.
Even a 1% legit cashback on spends would be a good enough reason to get a credit card (they claimed 5%). Getting no reward points either. Also, spending on Zomato is apparently not eligible for cash back either lol.
Plus the dashboard and UI UX for managing card inside the swiggy app sucks even more. If you try to go back to previous screen it will simply exit and go back to swiggy app instead of previous screen unless you use the small back button in top left corner. Can't see or use some features without logging into net banking in a browser inside swiggy app. Very janky and unusable. Can't find any option to pre pay even in HDFC net banking app.
Overall, not happy with the experience. Big promises, under delivered.

Because they've mentioned CB on online spends? 🤷♂️
And didn't even specify which platforms are eligible or not. There's no list as such. One would assume it's a general CB applicable to most spends.

@LooseGoose dreaming while awake! You have false expectations dude!! No company will add competitions in partner companies. Amazon icici card not applicable on Flipkart icici sales, similarly Flipkart axis card not eligible for Amazon sales.

The points will get credited at the end of each month, not the billing cycle but the month Eg. Let’s say you got the card on 4th Sep and you used it online till 14th sep and then your monthly bill was generated, in that case also your account will receive points by 3-4 Oct with all added up and they will be available for use by 15 Oct post the billing cycle
The HDFC cashback points are quite okay since you can directly redeem them for cash

That's enabled. But iirc my previous cc used to allow prepaying due amount as well. Not this one though.
