However, if one is under 21, the registrar "shall inform the local police station and the parents/guardian".
So it's still a stupid clause in the bill where the Govt is getting into our bedrooms.
Live in relationship is akin to a marital relationship according to the Hon. Supreme Court and most of marital law are applicable. Registration karne main problem kya hai.
