I feel any job that is highly repeatable and the input can be trained on a large volume of previous work done.
Ie designers and writers
People are saying writers and designers. You will have to hire people who will direct AI to write/design stuff. The acumen to understand human emotions I don't think AI can replicate.
P.S. I cannot understand humans too, but can comment so because I am one.
I feel no position will be totally obliterated, but some position would definitely shrunk. E.g. I am leading a team of 5 people working on code conversion from SAS to R. I would have required 7-8 people without copilot or ChatGPT. So definitely the requirements shrunk.
Now about other job - Recruitment. Now we have a S/W that creates JD, we have a S/W that sort CV.
Writing team - I work in regulatory environment which requires hell lot of documentation. There are AI tools which generates those texts. Someone just need to go through them and make some routine changes. That role shrunk too.
That's my exposure. Most works are not creative in nature, most non-creative works can be somewhat made more efficient using ai. That's what will happen for now I thibk
My take is noone in India and here's why ...
Because Remote workers p toh trust hai nhi India m leadership ko 😂 AI p jaroor trust hoga inhe ... 🤣
