Super toxic. Now more than ever, since they're looking to launch IPO. For them, the ends justify the means, and this means they don't care if the employees get screwed working long hours, toxic bosses get rewarded, or people leave or are asked to leave. They've asked many senior mgmt folks to leave, all to save costs and show profitability. Avoid this hellhole at all costs

People from Oyo have destroyed every place they have been to, case in point, Unacademy. Extremely toxic culture and the worst possible people. Don't even think of joining unless you are unemployed and badly need this money.

Feedback on culture at Ola Electric

I got an offer from Ola Electric for a Senior Engineering role in Backend dev. Pay is good and team looks interesting too. But I am very apprehensive about their culture. Their glassdoor reviews are horrible and the recent interview in YS Bhavish gave was cringe max. I am a hard working guy, will do solid 8-10hrs 5 days a week. But it looks like that won’t be enough. One might be made to work late nights and weekends routinely from what I heard. And Bhavish saying he doesn’t believe in weekends has made me a lot more anxious. My current company is going through financial troubles. I will definitely have to move. I will get some other role though if I wait for a few weeks. Could someone working at Ola or with recent experience advise me here.
