Super toxic. Now more than ever, since they're looking to launch IPO. For them, the ends justify the means, and this means they don't care if the employees get screwed working long hours, toxic bosses get rewarded, or people leave or are asked to leave. They've asked many senior mgmt folks to leave, all to save costs and show profitability.
Avoid this hellhole at all costs

People from Oyo have destroyed every place they have been to, case in point, Unacademy. Extremely toxic culture and the worst possible people. Don't even think of joining unless you are unemployed and badly need this money.

But if you’re looking for work life balance, it is not a place you would love to work in
