Xoxoday the worst sales culture in a company

Is it just me or xoxoday really sounds like a 🌽 site 🤣🤣

We'd implemented Xoxoday in one of my prior gigs.

In about 2 months, no one except the HR team was using it and the Head of HR was top of the monthly engagement leaderboard for the 4 months that I saw it.

I just don't understand the utility of the platform.

I used to work at Xoxoday. While the benefits are great, the culture is fairly toxic, especially for sales and KAM teams. Xoxoday's market is shrinking, and their competitors have outdone them at this point.

Xoxoday is certainly a weird place. Some ~50 people joined between Dec 2015 and June 2016, out of which 40+ guys are still there and have grown to better positions, made good money and are poised to make more during next funding round.

And 1000+ employees have joined and left since then who often complain about culture, work pressure and relationships.

Seems like you need to stay at least a year there to get accustomed to that place.

P.S. I am one of those 8 year guys quoted above and I report to the most demanding cofounder of the company.

I had a discussion for about an year back with an ex xoxoday employee. They mentioned about the good culture. There was periodic meeting involving all about the company finances and so on.

I saw their founder at my previous gig, very weird guy I must say
