A Journey which never started.
Hii there, introducing myself into the equation here... I am Vivaan, An ordinary BBA graduate from IP University, Dwarka. What I am upto is why all the 70-80 percent jobs here in Delhi NCR and Noida deals only in such crap posts like :-
- Telecalling Executive ( Just typical cold calling )
- Business Development Executive ( Again, typical cold calling plus a convincing angle )
- HR Executive ( Glorified labourer, make calls all day to hire )
- Admission Counselor ( Again, convince and win theory ) And many more...
Isn't there any job which is organizational centric, runs a good work life balance ratio, has a decent pay just to eliminate day to day expenses and save for the future being a fresher ?
I know you read ' Fresher ' to jump to conclusions and judge me, I had done 4 to 5 internships among different roles in the Management Industry just to be a Jack of All Trades and no company can revert ill for me.
I had done my schooling from KVS Noida From 10th , 12th and Graduation, everywhere I scored 80 exact percentile... what is wrong with this Market and Job Opportunities... I just can't get it.
If anyone thinks the same or the opposite regarding skills set and experience and work culture, I am already deaf for you guys, I know skills do matter but where to acquire how to and what specific niche to select, I have seen Data Science based friends can't get any job, Btech , Bcom what not.
If someone here can support me with my case, I request please, I don't want any help but guidance, what do I do... I'm turning 23 next month... Damn it!.

First of all you shouldn’t call any jobs ‘crap’ saare mehnat ki kamai hoti hai, and it’s better than being jobless. Selling is a skill you learn that pays off later in life. My ex manager started in a call centre and worked his way up.
You are a fresher, from a bad course in a bad university. You don’t wanna learn skills but want coveted jobs.
Your percentage in 10th 12th etc doesn’t matter.
And do you actually not know how to acquire skills? Sorry I don’t wanna believe it.
What support do you even want?

How tf you are to conclude a bad university and a bad course ? Kyu bhai tu kya oxford university se padha hua hai kya... I'm into learning skills... And it is very prominent that it will work in some or the other way. Crap jobs are for real. Just becoz tum google pahuch gya product manager banke doesn't allow you to pass bad claims over a university or course. And as I already said, you ain't the person whom I am looking for, in professional life you are way over than most of people but in mentorship and understanding what the other person is going through , a big fat 0 to you congrats brat for bragging it all in. Duffer.

Let me share a someone's educational and career trajectory. Perhaps might be of help when you compare with that person.
This person scored 99% in CBSE Commerce Stream.
Took admission in DU BCOM Hons, Shriram Group wala College.
Got internship in biggest FMCG company of India
Converted that into PPO.
Joined HUL after completing undergraduate program at 45LPA.
By your own admission you are ordinary BBA Graduate from IP University. So you will have to start the hard way.
I would suggest you start with direct sales. Eureka Forbes is always looking for salesmen. Summer is a great time to start with them. Builds mettle and endurance.
They train you extensively for 3 weeks and then send you out on the streets. If you can survive it for a year. I guarantee any FMCG company will hire you in Sales at min starting of 50LPA.
Best wishes.
