I’m a DevOps engineer with 4 YOE, Currently i’m in nagarro and my current package is 8LPA and i’m doing WFH, I got an offer from Accenture for mumbai location and they are offering me 13,31,000 in which 11 lakh is fixed and rest are variables so should I accept the offer or should i look for a better opportunity. Please advise Thank you
Before deciding to move to Mumbai kindly consider the cost of living 11 lpa is nothing in Mumbai

Don't switch, 3 lakhs bump in your pay will be eaten away by rent and food and some taxes. Continue searching else where.

Don't switch. If at all you want to move better places will be Bengaluru, Pune, Gurugram, Hyderabad. Also, I have spent good time in the devops market, you are underselling yourself. If Accenture is giving you 13. Your market value at any product based company is atleast around 18-20LPA even in this job market this is doable. Give more interviews and look for Product based companies.
