Accept or Reject

I want to shift from core to analytics. I have been offered 11lac for the analyst role and currently my CTC is 9, shall I accept this offer considering I want to shift to non core and also don't have any experience or shall I wait for better offers?

If the company is good - don’t over think. In the long run being in the correct function for longer is more important than a bit of CTC here and there.
