Advice to not hit ceiling in Job
I’m in core business profile with 5 years work ex, and 20lpa. I feel I’m going to hit the ceiling soon as companies might not be willing to pay me more without an mba. Additionally, getting a short list for interviews is 10x difficult for business roles without an mba.
HOW TO SAIL THROUGH THIS SITUATION?
TIA.

Try finding a new good company that matches your skill set and current role. Ensure, you rise to the senior management in this company. Once you enter the senior leadership, people won't look at your past education details rather they will look at your work experience. The other way is you should apply for an executive MBA from the top IIM's/ISB/SP Jain to get that MBA tag.
