AI Model Validation in Big4
Hi everyone, I have received an offer from one of the Big 4 for an AI-Data Model Validation role. Currently, I am working as a Business Analyst (Domain Analyst) at an Indian bank, with a CTC of 21L (18.5L fixed), and my appraisal is due this month.
I genuinely dislike my current role as it primarily involves following up on tasks and writing BRDs. The model validation role appears to be an entry point into a quant role, so I’m wonderin would it be worth taking a pay cut or joining at the same CTC, considering the long-term benefits?

You haven't told us how much big4 is offering. Never take a pay cut unless u are jobless
