I'm a Software Engineer (Golang Developer) with 2+ YOE. my CTC is 10 LPA. 8L fixed + 2L performance bonus. am I being underpaid? considering the current market situation, I'm afraid to make a switch. what if another organisation does a layoff?
PS: I also want to know which companies hires go developers in Delhi NCR only.
8L for 2 yrs is fine. Not less. There are 75% of employees earning 8L at 4 years exp. some even less.
This is not the right way to look into this. Gone are the days when you multiplied your experience with 4 and called it a good salary
I ain’t telling he has a good salary. Social media has fried young employees minds into thinking they aren’t good enough if they don’t earn a certain X amount. I just said it is not bad. That was me offering a hand and saying don’t stress about it.

If it is any consolation, I've been a golang developer for 2 years and earning 7.2 LPA. Don't have a bonus or anything of sorts.
