Am I under paid? What should I do next to change my role and transition into consulting?

It’s been exactly 2 years with EY GDS now and I don’t see significant changes in my salary with 3.6LPA initially to 4.3LPA now. I feel I’m under paid for the amount of hours I work couple of days in a week. What can I do to transition myself into any Consulting roles?
