Am I underpaid as a PO/PM

I want to understand if I am under paid. Total Year of work ex: 13.9 yrs First 10.9 yrs into banking sales as Relationship manager. Last 3 years in IT as senior BA and product owner. Education: CSE B.E., MBA Marketing both from tier 2 college. Currently working for a service based company. Current CTC: 30 LPA fixed. No variable. Striving to get a PM in a product based company. Please guide me!! TIA
