What's your role like? Are you a generalist Pm, or focus on something niche?
How is the product culture? Top heavy or data and insight heavy?
What do you do to connect with tier 2/3 audience? Since you've to connect with end user before even thinking of building a feature for them.

I have more experience on growth side but want to have a generalist role. I have done non-growth stuff as well.
Data and insights are valued , NSM comes from the top such do we need to drive DAU or Retention or Revenue etc.
We do surveys/ interviews
