I bought a boat smartwatch from Amazon a month ago .
There was a glitch in that watch , so I ordered replacement. ( But they said replacement is not available, we will refund you, get the product ready to return ) .
Then the delivery boy came after 4-5 days of continuous call and took that watch and gone .
First, they said , we will do enquiry about your order which took another 5 days . And suddenly after 5 days upon my call , they said " you sent a wrong item in return it is not watch , something else which we can't share . ( Means that delivery boy replaced my item in between) .
I was shocked to hear . Seriously, your delivery boy didn't know what he was taking back to Amazon .
( And I tried to contact to that delivery person, mam said I can't share that info and not able to refund your money ).
Means my money and item both gone. Even they are not afraid of consumer court . What to do grapiesss?
