Analyst to AVP - Salary range & Hike Percentage
Hey everyone! I am getting promoted this year. Currently I am drawing 12 + 1. What is the range of pay I can negotiate for? And will there be a change in Variable Pay?
P.S: It is an internal Job Opportunity. Promotion is offered to a different team that meets my interests and I have been preparing to crack such roles for quite sometime.

AVP is a title they should be paying 25L for, at least! Depends on your YOE and the hiring manager though
