As per my research the company has classic startup problems in terms of culture. I'm more interested in knowing how good the leadership is and if it can sustain and grow its revenue. The app is all gimmick and sasta CRED. Digital gold imo has been in the market for ages (paytm/phonepe) so if that is only what Jar really wants to do in the long run, there will be problems. Adding insurance/lending and other similar BS will only make people avoid it more.

Pay was good earlier. Now they lowball. Tech team is really good. But product managers/pod leads are very toxic. Work Life balance is horrible. Company vision is kind of lost. They are desperately trying their hands in almost everything Loan, Mutual funds.

"Don't expect WLB to be good as it is in early stage" - Jar HR. You can ask the HR the same. Maybe your team's WLB might be better/worse.
