Since real estate is going up day by day, the chance of landing a house of a Cat A builder is going down. Try sjr Hamilton homes near rayasandra. ahad, ds Max, parkway homes, some plotted development in gattahalli/huskur area. It's not very far from bellandur. Prices are not that high either.
