Any Swiggy folks here?

I have a few questions for you. Swiggy went for the IPO and has been at a loss. You would have had buybacks too. Do you think it was better to sell off the ESOPs during buyback or to have held it till IPO? Selling off during buyback, did it incur less taxes?

Never keep shares of your employer: First rule of diversification.

Always keep selling whenever you get the opportunity. For your case, as Phonepe is not cash flow positive yet with a wide moat, you shud sell before the IPO if you get the chance.
