Are Generalists here to stay?
I often wonder can generalists in startups get packages that software folks get?
Please share your views on what will be possible career options for them
I am currently at 20 lpa in a startup but don’t see that visibility of being at 60-70 lpa in the next 5 years. I don’t have a MBA or a MBB experience

Generalists usually thrive with a T shaped career
Operator expertise is one area with knowldege of other area
Ex - expertise in growth and marketing along with other areas
or expertise in ops along with other areas
or expertise in tech management along with other areas
in early years, aim to develop this expertise in one particular area, and then move to soft skills enhancement

i have some misconceptions when it comes to operator role. Can you please throw some light there?
