Whats the current rev multiplier for valuations of B2B SaaS companies raising funds recently? (Ps: I know valuations will vary on case to case basis and industry of operation but wanted to take an estimate)

Depends what round. Earlier, you get a higher multiple (valuation disconnected with revenue).
Late stage is very close to public multiples. Post series B, expect something very close to public comps. Not like any post series b rounds are happening though.

7 - 10x revenue. Depending on how crowded the space is and also quality of ARR.
