Backdoor Entry into MNCs – Genuine Experience Requested

Has anyone joined an MNC via a backdoor process by paying a fee? If yes, please specify the amount paid and whether the process was secure. They claim that while you go through the regular hiring process, you are ultimately selected through the back door. If you could you please share your exact experience and let me know if it really works?
