Is anyone going through the same situation and has had some luck reversing it, if yes do share some of your wisdom.
Reversing is tough. Saving whatever should be the goal. I use Minoxidil to time to time.
Step 1) Visit a dermatologist, they will give you medicines and what not Step 2) You try medicines even go for PRP Step 3) You realise ki yaar isse nahi ho rha hai Step 4) You start looking for hair transplant clinics Step 5) Friends recommend Turkey / Delhi Derma Doc recommends someone he takes commission from Step 6) You realise donor area is not that great but the hair transplant doc shows you successful pics of old operations Step 7) You give in and have your operation also realise ki minoxidil and finasteride lena pdega even if you have had your hair transplant op. Forever lena pdega Step 8) You start taking it everyday like water Step 9) One year down the line you realise ki shayad ek baar fir transplant krana hoga kyunki baal kam lg rhe and black hair concealer is also not working Step 10) while booking for operations you think ki kaash Step 3 ke baad hi Gillette kharid kar ke shave kar liya hota toh better hota, this whole hair transplant thing has fucked your scalp , but joe rogan bhi toh transplant kara ke chose the bald path , shave kar le kya ?

Ye prp therapy, amla juice sab nautanki hai. Take finasteride. It is the only thing that works.
yes i am going through it, i have that in my genes. Dermatologist suggested PRP therapy but it is too painful 😣
if it's genetic, then finasteride+ minoxidil is what any dermatologist would suggest. but you've to keep using it.
