Basic salary lesser than special allowance

My base is 20lpa but the break up of salary looks like this

Basic - 8,00,004 HRA - 3,20,004 Bonus - 0 Special allowance - 8,54,384 EPF - 21,600

1.16 -1.2 something. Mine is 20 also but i get 1.35 after taxes. Have opted for 1.8k epf

A personal suggestion: opt for 10% of Basic instead of 1.8k for EPF, if you can manage with a little less in hand. You'll start accumulating good corpus.
