Best FAANG company to work for in 2024?
Hey guys, I have offers from Google, Amazon and Meta. Which one would you recommend joining as a SWE right now? Considering factors like wlb, growth, compensation etc.
Why limit to FAANG? Lots of great non-FAANG tech cos with better culture/growth

If you like competition and can have it for best pay:- Netflix.
If you believe you are quite efficient and even inside a team can do most work independently:- Meta
If you just want good WBL and benefits despite a bit lower salary (that's still humongously high):- Google.
Don't know much on Apple and Amazon. Congrats dude anyways
Google for sure. Best wlb, great benefits, strong engineering culture
Avoid Amazon. Toxic culture, high turnover. Go for Google or Meta
Meta if u want fast growth. But prepare for intense work culture
