Need a Rupay card that earns me rewards when I make UPI payments

Had to search what this was. Wow! Is this a gen Z card or something!?
It's the only rupay card with cashback reward, but now it's hard to get. Though the app could have been more polished.
Don’t know about best but I am seeing merchants are disallowing this for small payments or altogether. For e.g. MyGate doesn’t allow for society dues.

BoB’s is good. Non fussy app. No upselling calls. Can be connected with UPI on most apps.
