Best ways to find angel investors

I am building a D2C fashion brand and need to raise money (20 Lakhs) to get things off the ground. I am from Tier-I IIT and a single founder.

I have been trying to approach investors through multiple mediums. Cold mailing / LinkedIn. But things haven't worked.

College alumni also don't seem to respond, let alone give any warm intro.

How should I go about the fund raising process?

It's funding winter, may be they are not willing to invest in ur idea.

There are 2 ways to approach this...

Again go to board and see if MVP to PMF journey is fine, if yes then go full throttle if wom of latter is good enough. 20 lacs is an amount which can be easily funded through various state startup policy or through angels. They are not investing coz either they don't trust ur biz model or product.
Pitch to your colleagues or relatives/family and raise this 2M. You will dilute very less to 0. No extrinsic pressure also. You can also consider crowdfunding platforms.
