What are possible career paths for VC investors beyond growth within their firms? What skills should VCs pick up if one wishes to switch to an operator role?

Whats is the career trajectory for such a role? Are there any other roles it opens for you?
What is the ideal compensation for such a role?
I have 8+ years of experience across consulting, VC and operating roles.

Could you share what bizops means / how is it different from usual operations. Is it more like customer success waala domain?
So think of it as the CEO, CTO, CPO are at the top. There are multiple pods or teams across the org that need to be managed.
Now the bizops person / team sits in between the C suite and the rest of the org to do the following
Currently none of this is structured in the org. So structuring, communicating, tracking and inferring.
