One of the easy hack for identifying SaaS market is - Identify the current customer behaviour, usage.

If I connect the dots between various use cases which you mentioned, I see you are trying to build a Google workspace for freelancers clubbed with some HRMS clubbed with CRM.

Do you think these systems need to be clubbed and target segment will pay for it?
