Built a free queue/token management system for Indian clinics – looking for feedback
Hey everyone, I’ve been working on a project called ArogyaOne, and I’d love your honest feedback.

It’s a free token and queue management system for Indian clinics and hospitals. The idea came from personal frustration — I’ve seen how messy patient queues can get, especially in OPDs. Long waits, no clear communication, frustrated patients… and overworked staff.
What it does:
Clinics can issue and manage tokens digitally
Patients can search for clinics, book a token online, and track live queue status
No app needed — everything works from browser
Designed to be super simple for small/mid-size clinics
Free for up to 3,000 patient tokens per month (we’ll figure out pricing beyond that later)
The goal is to keep it lightweight and usable in real-life clinic settings — especially in Tier 2/3 towns where staff aren’t tech-savvy and internet is patchy.

Would really appreciate:
Feedback on the idea/product direction
Suggestions on UX, onboarding, or features
Thoughts on go-to-market strategies for B2B healthcare in India
