My family has started coming and staying with me since last year where they come for a minimum of 6 months. Hence, I am planning to purchase a house. Looking for houses with ready to move in option in areas like indiranagar, bellandur, kormangala, hsr and so. Would anyone be having any good leads? Also, what is the resale value of houses(apartments or villas) in a decent society in these areas? Prices people say for certain societies are in the range of 5-6 crores.
