Capgemini candidature hr round suggestion on CTC

I interviewed for java spring boot microservices GCP requirement for that all round I passed . Hr called me for salary discussion she is offering me 15 LPA Fixed while current CTC Is 1072000 10%variable. Could you please suggest for 4 yr work experience is this a good salary hike?

Also please let me know if anyone from Capgemini how is work culture and for developer will they provide wfh or flexible wfo if want because I have 2 small kids so as mother I have to take care of those as well.
