Capgemini fake jobs..felt pretty bad
Recently, Capgemini is hiring GenAI developer in kinda bulk. Looks like bulk hiring cause I'm getting 2-3 calls for the same position from consultancies and HRs.
I gave two rounds studying and preparing day n night. Cleared both of the rounds, uploaded documents and also has one small discussion like they asked expected CTC, location etc.
Then two days after the consultancy hr who had referred me said, they closed your profile, they only selected 2 people.
I said, like what....
Man, Everything was done those hard and tough interviews I cleared, I spent the time. But I was rejected with this shitty reason.. I know things can happen and apply elsewhere and continue the search but that's shit man, really felt about that.
Why these guys hire if they don't want to hire, I mean just tell me like we don't have budget or can offer only this much amount. Why this...
Sorry for the rant, but whoever is having Capgemini offer please don't rely on that one.

Exactly happened to me, they have given me a offer later, they informed me we are on hold due to your bgv didn't completed, i had wasted 35dys after i resigned frm the previous organization.. they are bullshit!
I have never seen such a dumb fellows like Capgemini BGV team.
They don't know how to check and verify documents, really it was pathetic dealing with them
