Career advice needed

How much does current tech stack on which I am working matters for future career prospects? Currently I develop APIs in Flask/Django, will I be deprived of opportunities in companies using Java/C#/Go?

There is a saying that developer should have T shaped skills. You should have the breadth and depth in few areas. Don't limit yourself to one tech stack as things change pretty quickly in tech. I do see job opportunities in python web dev however in early years of career the more you explore and add skills the better it is. You can then decide to go deep in few areas depending on your interest, compensation and opportunities.
