How is the career growth at Deloitte USI, I have offer from PWC and Deloitte both with almost same CTC and same role( consulting domain). Which one will have best growth ? want openings so that I can decide which one I should join.

Go with PWC, USI career growth is not good, promotion are slow, work times are bad and you are basically just the backend for Deloitte US
