I am graduating this year. I have an SDE-1 offer from cash-free payments. CTC:39 -> 25.5 LPA(including esops) I didn't find much info about the company. So I want to know about the kind of work I can expect and the work culture at the company and also any information that helps me as a newbie in the industry.

I get 25.5 lpa. 39 includes espos for 4 years. 21 + 4.5*4 = 39.

One of my cousin works there with almost same package as yours. Horrible work life balance, he works 12 to 14 hours daily and works even on Saturday and sunday too. Currently he is serving NP.
