MMT business gives you free cancellation, meal and seats on a bunch of flights. I think you only need gst to get it with no extra cost. My org is super cheap yet they provide it so i m assuming its free.

However, like you said the restrictions are different. On Indigo you have to change or cancel 4days before flying. OTAs allow you to do that upto 24hrs before.
