Cloud support engineer -1 AWS,(Night Shift)

I am currently working in Infosys as a python + AWS developer for 5.2 LPA. Cracked CSE-1 last week. If i join how will be my life.

I am worried as it is a support role, Night shift.

I am in confusion state how will the career growth opportunities after CSE -1

I am noob at DSA but genral devlopment and R&D i am good.

Can I move out of Night shift later? How will the internal mobility helps me.

Postives I am seeing is good Salary, I can make good network, may be i can become solutions architect or cloud architect or Devop's engineer.

Parallely I am giving interviews outside for normal python developer roles as well

Please help me to understand this better.. so that i can take good step.

The Amazon environment is highly toxic, but learning is good. Very rare chances of shift change. But you get good network

Toxic is every where i guess.. being in MNC's i have seen many people broken down due to politics and all..even i am one of among them. How much i work always they have given average rating. my motto is expect less.. the only thing is shift because i never stay more than 12 or 12:30 at night except some occasions. And role concern it is support role so getting confused over there.
