I’m currently deciding between two job offers and would appreciate some advice from those who’ve had experience with these companies or similar situations.
12 LPA fixed
70K variable
1 Lakh joining bonus
15 LPA fixed
2 Lakh joining bonus
While Altimetrik offers a higher fixed package and joining bonus, I’m also considering other factors like company culture, career growth, and work-life balance.
If anyone has insights into working at either company, or advice on how to weigh these factors, I’d love to hear your thoughts.

I can say about cognizant where you have to work for 12 hrs a day some people even get work on weekends but not paid for extra work. Also some people won't get project where they make you to manage people instead of tech work. Consider altimetrik experiece from others also Decide on your own
