Companies with a strong design team?

I'm a UX designer in an MNC with almost 2 years of experience. I want to work on a mid size / small design team with strong design practices. Does anyone have recommendations for companies I can consider?

I am looking for places where design contributes to product decisions, strategy, rather than simply executing the PRDs.

There are tons of such companies. PhonePe is good to an extent (depends on the team).

My recommendation is to go for Series A/B level companies, there how much influence design has on the product is strictly based on the individual and your ability to get s#it done.

I worked for one such company in the past, got to influence everything from their funnel entry, exit, product roadmap, pricing etc.

I know ex Cred folks. There are culture issues where if you fit with the philosophy of design and social culture then only you thrive. Leadership is also not so good. There’s a reason the UX is so bad.
