Company register-er won't proceed without getting KYC done by auditor
Hi there! I am about to start a game dev company. I contacted Indiafilings to register. They didn't say anything until my name got approval. Then a lady called me and described compliance worth 35K.
I said I won't take it from them. She immediately sent me a KYC declaration form to get it certified by CA/Auditor
I paid 23K "Companify" for the compliance , much cheaper and well mannered unlike Indiafiling.
Lady from companify said I can get my company registered without getting verified by auditor for now, and it's the responsibility of Indiafiling whereas Indiafiling is denying.
Lady from Companify said she will talk to Indiafiling lady and asked for mobile number,
However lady from Indiafiling denied. She said it's prohibited to talk to anyone else other than me(customer)
I am stuck What to do now?

There's no need of get it signed by CA at all. I consulted with 2 CA And both of them said there's absolutely no need, Indiafiling asking for it just to sell their compliance package. I am wondering if I can cancel registration with them(without any trouble) and go with someone else? Even if they don't refund it's fine for me since I used a credit card, can charge it back
No such thing required, they are just trying to sell extra unnecessary shit
