Company Review of Deloitte

Sharing my experience within risk consulting team at Deloitte

Positive:

• Good brand when I applied for B Schools
• Generally decent peers of the same age, good friends
• They helped with recalibrating my pay because it was lower than that of others at my age

Negatives:

• They Pay: of course, still ended up much behind other people from college, in the name of brand.
• Extremely tough to grow within company post 2 years
• Some partners are extremely abusive in all ways, poor culture depending on which case you get
• The travel: especially to very remote places can be pretty taxing
