Company workspace in Blind is depressing
Just joined a new org and logged into "Blind" via work mail.
Oh man, it really hurts seeing all those conversations about how the company is not doing well and how people are suffering. Just when you think you are starting a new job with loads of aspirations, the already employed people are already down. Give me some real motivation. How do you tackle such situations?
