Cried during lunch hours alone
I was given one task and i thought i completed at the end of friday(30-5-25). Asked one question around the framework as it is made internally. We have our own framework to run automation activities. I thought my work is over and someone will help me as i have added in group. Today i was added in multiple calls today in the morning and manager was expecting that i should have completed my doubt in weekend. He said we dont give this type of KT and should be grateful. Same thing is happening to me from past 1 month. Whenever i ask i doubt either i was redirected to some doc/video. I tried to do with video/document but sometimes i cannot understand i ask in a group. I was demeaned for asking in the group and keep on bombarded with some other tasks in between. I have to work with one colleague and he asked me to create a excel from sample. I was doing it and he did it before me. Said i am incompetent in group chat.I cried in lunch hours thinking even corporate job is for me or not. Worst experience with manager and colleagues. Thinking of leaving this corporate world forever. Dont want anything in this world. No expensive gadgets/ trips.

This is where email comes to rescue, you just put on the email whatever doubt you have and cc your manager and everyone.
If no reply comes in time, it's on them not you
But they use teams only. They dont use mail for assigning a task
I faced something similar My manager used to ask me questions in front of everyone and humiliate me in stand ups.i used to have 5-6 hrs of meetings and mountains of work to complete. I worked like a donkey till 3 am ,5 am everyday for a month. I tried to work with him and asked questions about daily targets and expectations.(What is expected from him)
He said " You should know all this you are not a fresher"
He told me to ignore certain features during 1 to 1 discussion and complain in front of everyone in standup that I haven't coded the features.(Which he told me to ignore).
Dropped the papers, Currently in notice period with a month left.He has cooled down a bit.
Now,I am at peace but also a little bit anxious about what the future holds.
Scumbags exist,You have to deal with them somehow.

Sounds like you're in a crap team.. don't be so gloom and doom, being stuck in a bad team doesn't mean you should beat yourself up about it. Ignore the negativity and leave for greener pastures
